I have worked in the international foodservice and fire suppression industries at a senior level for 28 years, providing innovative technologies and services to the sector.

Using my specialist knowledge and experience, my business focuses on pre-engineered fire suppression systems.  I deliver full turnkey design solutions that include supply, estimation, installation, maintenance and training.

I believe utilising innovation and new technology is the future for the foodservice industry.  Digital monitoring is a key part of my design and consultancy business, which will be offered through the installation of “Smart Kitchen” technology.  This enables the client to fully integrate fire management into the kitchen facility using fail-safe, real-time technology to monitor the fire system and the facility’s assets.
